Compare: legacy application fees run $40–75 every time you apply somewhere new.
One payment, up front, covers all three verifications — identity, bank-linked income, and employment — plus your score and a plain-language recommendation. Your profile is then valid for ninety days and you can share it to as many listings as you like at no extra cost. Paying first means we can start your checks right away; there are no per-application fees, ever.
Never. The bank connection is read-only and runs through Plaid — you sign in with your bank, not with us, so we never see or store your password, and we can't move money. We see income and stability signals for ninety days, nothing more.
Your verified status, your score, an income-to-rent ratio, and a short recommendation. They never see your photo, your transactions, your balance, or your password. Your profile stays private until you share it — and you can revoke access at any time.
Yes — that's the whole point. Verify once and share the same profile to any number of listings for ninety days. Each share has its own expiry that you choose, and you can extend or revoke each one independently.
You're not blocked. We flag your profile as "income not bank-verified" and surface it to the agent for manual review, so you can still apply. (Pay-stub upload is coming soon.)
Yes. Add a roommate by email and apply as one household. Each of you verifies and pays for your own profile, and you'll only ever see each other's names and progress — never each other's income, balances, or score.
No. nicetenant is a profile you build and choose to share — based on cash-flow evidence, not a hard credit pull or a criminal background report. You own your data and decide who sees it.
If an agent decides not to move forward, we send you a notice that explains the decision, citing only your own information. It's handled for you automatically — no chasing anyone down.
